For me, this is more than a movement, but a rally cry to ignite the change that this industry and future generations of talent so desperately need.

Some failures, some successes, a few award winning companies, and a lot of team members who helped shape not only this vision for a different tomorrow, but clarify the one guiding principle that is perhaps my biggest takeaway from a decade of entrepreneurship – be human first.
